  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below.

  • GENERAL TERMS

  • Please fully read my ToS before purchasing any commissions.

  • Turnaround time varies for each commission (Avg. 1 month+)

  • Commissions may be used for any personal purposes.

  • Commercial use can be discussed.

  • If I'm uncomfortable with doing a certain style/theme or I believe a commission is out of my range of ability, I can refuse to do a commission.

  • There is no order limit.

  • WILL DRAW: Humans, Kemonomimi, Slight gore, slight nudity

  • WON'T DRAW: Mecha, Fetish art, NSFW, Anthro, Old people

  • PAYMENTS

  • • Payment is made via PayPal Invoice

  • • Payment is 100% uprfront.

  • PROCESS AND REVISIONS

  • • Work In Progress photos are sent immediately once I have them.

  • • You can ask for revisions during the sketch phase, linework phase and coloring phase.

  • • I will not revise any commission after the commission has been delivered. If the commissioner requests changes after the commission has been finished, there will be an additional revision fee.

  • USAGE POLICY

  • As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork.

  • I'm allowed to use the artwork to:

  • • Promote myself within any site or social media.

  • • To display the artwork on any form of social media.To advertise it as a commission sample.

  • Commissioner's rights for personal use only:

  • The commissioner can only use the finished commission for personal use only unless agreed otherwise by the artist.

  • Commissioner may post the commission to social media with proper credit given to the artist.

  • Purchase of Commercial Rights:

  • Commercial Use is separated into two categories: Advertising and Merchandise

  • • Advertising - 50% the price of the total. If you wish to use the art to advertise yourself, your business or a product. Any form of use that means the art draws attention to your site. Credit is mandatory.

  • • Merchandise - 100% the price of the total, If you wish to use the art to make and distribute products for profit. Credit is mandatory.

  • REFUNDS

  • • Refunds will not be issued once I start work on the commission.
